1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all orders placed through the Cavora Home online store ("we", "us", "our") by both consumers and business customers. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms as they stand at the time of your order. Where mandatory consumer protection law provides you with rights that cannot be waived, those rights remain unaffected by anything in these Terms.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The product listings displayed in our online store do not constitute a binding offer on our part; they are an invitation for you to place an order. The contract between you and us is formed in the following steps:

  1. You select products and add them to your cart.
  2. By clicking the order button at checkout, you submit a binding order for the goods in your cart.
  3. You will receive an order confirmation by email shortly afterward. This confirmation only acknowledges that we have received your order — it does not yet constitute our acceptance of it.
  4. The contract is concluded once we accept your order, either by sending you a separate order acceptance email or by shipping the goods to you.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices shown on our product pages are quoted in USD and include statutory VAT and any other applicable price components. Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated and displayed to you during checkout, before you place your binding order, so that you always know the total cost of your purchase in advance.

5. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract as described in Section 3.

6. Delivery

6.1 Shipping Regions

We currently ship orders to the United States and the United Kingdom.

6.2 Handling and Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed with a handling time of 1-2 business days before dispatch. Once shipped, delivery generally takes an additional 2-4 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

7. Retention of Title

All goods supplied remain our property until paid for in full. Until title has passed to you, you must not sell, pledge, or otherwise dispose of the goods in a way that would prejudice our retained ownership.

8. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the following terms apply to returns:

  • You may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by us.
  • As an alternative to a refund, we may offer you an exchange for a different item.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.

9. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply to all purchases in accordance with applicable law. In addition, our products carry a warranty period of 2 years from the date of delivery.

If you have a concern about your order or these Terms, please contact us first using the details in Section 2 so we can try to resolve the matter directly. If a dispute cannot be resolved this way, either party may pursue it through the courts or other channels available under the governing law set out below.

11. Governing Law and Severability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
